dairy products don’t give you acne. it’s the added growth hormones they give the cows that gives you acne. if you get organic dairy without the hormones it won’t make you break out

i’ve seriously been thinking about cutting dairy from my diet…my acne was finally clearing up then all of a sudden i had a break out last week and realized that the only difference was that i had been snacking on cheese all that week….as much as i love cheese i think i’m going to have to remove it from my diet : (

That’s how I got my skin to clear up.
I had severe acne for about eight years turns out it comes from dried skin which was caused by most all acne products espically proactive shit but anyways got rid of in in about a week with cold water once a day and aloe vera loshion five times a day from the dollar store and oily or not most any loshon helped me but the aloe heals the dammage done scars ect hope i helped you all out and it was very severe when it gets oily blot it with a towel it helps
